1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrintsPad ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who register for a free trial or paid subscription.

2. About PrintsPad

PrintsPad is a web-based business management platform designed for printing and advertising businesses. It is a product of Vista Visuals. The Platform provides tools for managing products and pricing, quotations, invoices, customers, payments, expenses, and business reports.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use PrintsPad. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Vista Visuals is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Free Trial

PrintsPad offers a one month free trial period to new users. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access to the Platform requires purchase of an annual subscription. We may notify you before your trial ends.

6. Subscription and Billing

PrintsPad operates on a yearly prepaid subscription model. The current subscription fee is ₹3,650 per year (equivalent to ₹10 per day). All payments are processed through Zoho Payments. Subscriptions are billed annually and must be renewed each year to maintain uninterrupted access.

Vista Visuals reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice of at least 7 days. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrintsPad only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Platform to store, share, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Platform or its underlying code
  • Use the Platform to infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform without prior written consent

8. Data Ownership

All business data you enter into PrintsPad — including customer information, invoices, quotations, and financial records — remains your property. Vista Visuals does not claim ownership over your business data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

9. Intellectual Property

PrintsPad, its design, features, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Vista Visuals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vista Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Vista Visuals reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also choose to discontinue use of the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 7 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion at [email protected].

12. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of PrintsPad at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated features or policies.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Baleshwar, Odisha, India.
