1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Vista Visuals ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal and business information when you use PrintsPad. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  1. Account Information: Name, email address, business name, phone number, and address provided during registration.
  2. Business Data: Products, pricing, quotations, invoices, customer records, payments, and expense data that you enter into the Platform.
  3. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser information.
  4. Payment Information: Billing details processed through Zoho Payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  5. Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized data collected through Google Analytics and other Google products to understand Platform usage and improve features.
  6. Marketing Data: Interaction data collected through Meta Pixel for the purpose of measuring ad performance and retargeting.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the PrintsPad Platform
  • Process your subscription payments via Zoho Payments
  • Send you service-related communications, including trial expiry reminders and billing notices
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform through Google Analytics
  • Measure advertising performance through Meta Pixel
  • Respond to your support queries and complaints
  • Comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law

4. Third-Party Services

PrintsPad uses the following third-party service providers who may process your data:

  • Supabase: Our primary database provider. All business data you enter into PrintsPad is stored in Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy, available at https://supabase.com/privacy. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
  • Zoho Payments: Used for processing subscription payments. Your payment data is subject to Zoho's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics and Google Products: Used to collect anonymized usage and performance data. Google's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Pixel: Used to track conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads and enable retargeting. Meta's data practices are governed by Meta's Data Policy.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party providers, as we are not responsible for their data practices.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your business data is stored on Supabase's servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for the duration of your active subscription and for up to 90 days after account termination or deletion request. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems and Supabase's storage. Payment records may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and accounting laws in India.

7. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

8. Cookies

PrintsPad uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect your experience on the Platform.

9. Children's Privacy

PrintsPad is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected].

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of PrintsPad after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
